If they did blacklist the tokens then it would be effectively like burning the tokens, but I don't think they will end up doing this, it hasn't been too much of a problem and it would be bad publicity I think.  i will take my chances and buy once they release the main net, who knows, I may even get a good deal; depends what the market is doing at the time.
