Because there is a possibility the MyBitcoinZ infrastructure will have an interruption in service.  So we are encouraging people to use the Windows Wallet.  We are of course working to keep the MyBitcoinZ wallet infrastructure and we don't as of now see any issues with that.  Its plainly a precautionary measure.
