Atlanta , GA : 15 cents summer rate (may-september) / 10 cents winter rate (oct-apr) , thats with all fees and other bullshit real figures on bill when calculating actual cost  . And thats with a freaking nuclear power plant in state , absurdly expensive especially in summer period  

Where to move guys ? Washington state too far and will miss Florida and Atlantic ocean beaches just hours of driving distance
