Zcash has Founders Reward (founders, developers) receive 20% of every block reward for the first four years, and the miners receive 80%. After four years, the developers percentage of the block reward drops to 10%.

Both systems can send secure messages via memo field. But for Zcash the maximum length is 512 bytes,  ZenCash has twice as long at 1024 bytes.

Secure nodes will improve network security and reliability and those nodes won't be like typical master nodes, all communication is encrypted using valid ssl certificate. Passive income 3,5% for running a node is a very attractive investment and for running node you only need 42+1 coins.

ZenCash works on Inclusive Governance – Governance with participation by all people involved in making ZenCash work – Zen Blockchain Foundation members, developers, owners of ZenCash, secure node operators, mining pool operators, exchanges. All people involved with ZEN are stakeholders, and owners of ZEN are encouraged to participate in governance to influence the direction of ZenCash.
