I have some questions regarding Reddit and Medium campaigns

I have subscribed to the subreddit

For the Post upvote stake, do I need to upvote each of the other posts on the subreddit, or is it if my posts get an upvote?
For the Reddit share I need to make can I use one of your medium posts or do I need to create my own original content?

I have followed on Medium
Medium says to recommend a post you clap for it, is there anything else I need to be doing to qualify for your Recommend post stake?
