Is there a roadmap or timeline for this project that defines the project goals and when they're expected to be reached?
no, just a bunch of people that dont have to work for fiat and doing this for fun. hope this helps. 
after tech is deployed, maybe we can have some kind of PR roadmap.. thats still in the stars though.
