Scam Alert!!! GoldReward.io mentioned on 10th Nov: "We are happy to inform you that majority of the wrong payments and issues with ICO round 2 have been resolved". What a big bullsh.t! My colleague wrote 5+ emails to them and beg to get her 7+ Ether back from round 2. They didn't answer and just kept her Ether! She trusted this project and thought that they were "different", but sadly she quickly met the reality! Please take care guys,
they ARE scammers and will run with your money/ETH away as well!
Sorry for your experience. My cousin paid for 2000GRX on the 15th November, being the final sale. He received a mail acknowledging his payment, but didn't receive any token. This money they transferred his Ether back to his wallet. Another person also told me he received his money this morning. Try and be reminding them of your issue through Facebook, twitter and by raising a ticket with support. You should also know that they must be attending to many complaints. Good luck.
Did he send his ETH from an exchange? If he did I don't think they can credit him.
I've contacted them and they have answered me about the failed transaction. Just bad luck a did not received my 2000 GRX, you know it's gonna be a shitload of money. Good thing is i participated in the pre and first round also.
I till wait for them to crediting my ETH, I expect it today or tommorow. Let you guys know if I received it.
