Come on BitInstant.... this is ridiculous. You told me that my bitcoins would be in my wallet in minutes and it has been 4 days. I desperately need these funds, and you are effectively ruining my life.

I think you should be taking this more seriously... maybe have customer service on this forum or reddit around the clock to answer questions. If I ran your company I would have issued a reassuring statement, offered a 1BTC gift to all customers involved, and worked all day and night to get these orders through. This is not a problem you can just gloss over... you should do whatever possible to make this right.
