Will the bounty be paid in ethereum after the ico?

Bounty is paid in PCL tokens:

Staking PCL tokens will entitle you to a share of profit AIEVE makes while trading in the crypto market - paid in ethereum (via different offered smart contracts).
On top of that holding PCL tokens will also give you 20% of corporate profits at the end of every fiscal year (exact process will be published).

That whole plan is a tad confusing.
Holding PCL is basically the same as staking right?
As for corporate profit sharing, would staking the entire year be mandatory? Or simply a cut off date for ownership be implemented?
