Latest Firmware is killing my machines!!

This one claims to solve "x" errors, that appears after some running time.

Since I upgraded my 4 machines and running them 3 hours...they are starting to show "xxxxxxx" all the way and fan speed is rising to 6000.
Rebooting does not help...one hashboard now is showing only 55 of 60 chips.
That is pain in the ass!

What the heck is Bitmain doing?
Any other of you guys have same issues?
Is there a source where I can find older firmwares? Bitmain removed the version before this recent one.
