Waves will probably follow Ethereum but Sasha is lazier than Vitalik. Don't forget that Ethereum rally started with a lot of ICO's. Waves need to do the same for similar grow. Otherwise they can't be as big as Ethereum. Until now we saw only small ICO's for Waves platform and almost all of them failed big time.
