Whitelisters can contribute November 23 00:00 UTC.
Contributions are done directly/automatically through the smart contract. Only ethereum addresses that are on the whitelist are able to contribute otherwise the smart contract automatically declines the contribution.
On November 25 00:00 UTC contributions are open to everyone!
Thats open till December 25 23:59 UTC.
