For BTCE is NOT your copyrighted symbol and name, but ours. So, you need to change or delete your fake twitter name above that's impersonating us and our BTCE symbol and name.

Failure to comply by deadline will result in reporting you to Twitter for their removal of your impersonating Twitter account that is improperly using our BTCE symbol and name - and future legal actions will be taken against you.

This is your first and final notice to discontinue specified conduct outlined above by the deadline set in this official cease and desist letter.
