Nothing...look at the market...everything is down...but do your research and buy the best projects...value isnt important at the moment...its buying time...it wont go that much down anymore...if a new cycle will begin you will be happy that you bought here! dont buy into pumps. we are at the bottom...even its going down 20 or 30% from here...look at last summer ath`s..its x10 x20 or even more from where we are now
