Hi guys I'm quite new here and have some questions regarding this signature bounties:

1. Some of them gives their tokens per post/week and some gives shares. Why sometimes project gives 2 and sometimes 20 shares (does it matter somehow?) in the end it shouldn't matter if everyone has in avarage 10 shares or 1000 shares?

2. What if someone will create several accounts and want to join several times to the same bounty (or even other one) how do they check it (it can be unfair for normal ppl to have less tokens/shares).

3. Last but not least how quickly can I become Hero member?? xD
