The best way to stake is joining the official pool or the froggers one, for wallet issues join discord channel. There are helpers for both win/mac wallet, they will help you with tecnical problems. They also do some live videostreming for issues. Unfortunatly I can't help you.

@buriks People should stop complaining about it, if you haven't joined the discord channel you don't even immagine what community we have got. Anyone is wellcome!
