Added Coinsmarkets to our OP.
I read that with the BTC blocksize approaching its Max, minimum transaction fees are currently high. Maybe the TX Fee is approaching $10 to send .001 BTC? Check it out do some research guys and maybe thats the problem... Exchanges might be setting this at .002 for a reason. If you send a BTC Tx out with a 0 Tx Fee, it will never get mined.
