I have a some questions:

1 - Why and on what terms did Damian Merlak leave Bitstamp? I cannot find any info on this.

2 - Is he still part owner of Bitstamp?

3 - What about Quantum? Tokens seem like Quantum 2.0 with the support from a new exchange. Can you explain the differences and road maps for both?
