Hello. Do users evaluate the quality of the Tribunal as a whole or of each individual participant?
I would like post same question to you, how would you evaluate quality of Tribunal, if required. Though I wish you don't have to touchbase Tribunal.
Each participant is rated separately, otherwise one tribunal with a high rating will be constantly busy, wont it?
