Correct. As a matter of fact, the ICO requires KYC process which is sometimes a hassle to investors, yet many opted to participate in it because they believe in the project.

Fyi for KYC haters... kucoin doesn't require KYC at the moment, so you can buy your utrust there... they will implement that feature in the future though...

Buying from an exchange is a different thing than contributing the ico. If you don't buy with large sums, hitbtc won't ask for kyc too.

I thought that Hitbtc had it implemented already? But anyway, yes you can support the utrust via ico unless you are on the list of Intrum Justita - the debt collecting service, like i am. I am pretty sure that they have a way to legally collect my debt from ico money.
