I don't think so. There would most likely be an account-based blockage as well as an IP-based block. Perhaps the account-based one is pre-emptively assumed due to the fact that the IP must wait.
ok thanks but till now understand from that error message mean IP must wait 6 min but new IP linked to account can post freely

Yesterday I tried to write my really FIRST message, and I had the error message "The last post from your IP...etc"
How is it possible, as I NEVER wrote on the plattform?
(please note the after ten minutes I tried again and it worked)

you make post at 18, 2017, 11:38:36 and try to send message at 11:38 to 11:44 right
so that get that error (pm and post same)
