I'v edited sentinel.conf , I get this error

I've added it to my desire folder, the one containing the daemon and the cli. My sentinel.conf looks like this:
desire_conf=/home//.desirecore/desire.conf
please could you write me the exact linux command ? I'm not practical about linux , and what have to do with old sentinel ?
