There is clear proof of scam. Even if you believe that mybgtwallet was hacked (which I don't) and you believe the massive premining ist ok (which isn't) there is still the behaviour after the chain spilt and the hidden fee in the pools (

Never run code that you have not verified if you are capable of setting up a server and running a site you must also be capable of troubleshooting, preventing and counteracting attacks and understanding the code you are running.
