I will suggest you to invest in ICO because if you will invest in altcoin then no one know that what will be the future of that coin and if you will invest in ICO then you will have chance to get the profit at the end of the ICO when they add the coin to any exchange and if the project owner start to work for the project then the price of it will increase more higher.
