1/2 half of the coins will be mined in the first 5 months.  The other 1/2 will be mined "through the next few decades", as stated in the release post.
Given those stats, I'd have a hard time seeing it last beyond the first few reward drops, and would expect a pretty major sell-off too.  If that's what you're looking for, who knows, but if you're looking for something that may actually have some staying-power, I'm not as sure.
