The pre-ICO ended November 3rd.
The full ICO will run in 2018, the plan is for Q1 at the moment.
Oh ok and is there a bounty campaign that will run the whole time until the end of the ICO in Q1 2018?
There was a bounty campaign for the pre-ICO, you can find it here: Bounty. But it is paused for now, until we make decisions internally about the timing of the ICO itself.

that's the simplest way of telling us to keep waiting til were gone forever. you don't even tell us what to do but shut up. no noting not even to tell the bounty hunters to stop right now for they still kept promoting your project that could end up as scam. can you at least prove to us with youtube video?
If you'd took the time to check the bounty campaign thread, you would have realised there is an announcement about pausing it.
During the pre-ICO, if you had visited the website, you could have checked the Linkedin profiles of the creators of this project and also realise that we are real people.

how could you prove this raphael is real? i could simply create an account right now from linkedin and say that's raphael tant whats the difference? even recommendation in linkedin can be bought from the people on seoclerk.com. a determined scammer can do miracles. give us something hard to deny.

The whitepaper provided all the information about the people involved in the project, and the project itself. You can Google Raphael Tant if you want, it'll show you that he exists.
One thing for sure, if you have your doubts, nothing forces you to invest in the project, and there is nothing we can do about that, since it is your own opinion.

I think the better question will be if there could be a short video about the team giving a brief intro about themselves and what role they play in the project, that's ofcourse if not already in website, this way investors get to meet the brains behind the project
I like the idea and should become a standard in the ICO space for every project. Just make a video from the Selfpay team and at least the identity stuff is clarified then.
Absolutely right in my opinion because ico market now is full of crappy project that don't have meaningful concept and hide behind the decentralization of the blockchain technology to scam naive and innocent investors who fails to do proper research before venturing into such project. Once investors start recognizing importance of background checks, the better. Just short video from all dev team from any project will give a little bit of trust.
Agreed, we have seen a lot of projects, with just concepts and nothing else behind, making promises of developing revolutionary apps, or creating revolutionary credit cards once they get the funds, to then not deliver anything afterwards. People should do their due diligence and be very careful when there is nothing else but an idea behind a project.
