If you are saying true it will be good opportunity for us but i really dont think bitcoin price will down till 3000 dollars it is really imposible but 5000 dollars can be and it is posible because so many people interesting bitcoin and they are wating for good price for buy again .
I do not think the price will go below $5000. There are more users now than a few months ago.
