In the folder that you put the blockchain files in, there's a file called supercoin.conf. Open this in notepad and you'll see a load of lines starting 'addnode='.

Replace them with the nodes from the pages given above or, if it helps, the ones below from mine conf file:

With regards to your wallet, I'm not sure what you've done there but be very careful when removing or deleting the wallet.dat file. If it's a fresh wallet install and you haven't used the address, it's not much of an issue - but if you've transferred coins to that wallet and you delete or break the wallet.dat then you lose the coins. This is the same for just about any coin wallet.
