With that type of Market cap, LTC, DASH--if it's still around--Monero and Neo will easily be worth 1k.
For me it's obviously ethereum .Ethereum is in the second place next to the bitcoin. No other altcoin took that place for the long.So I think ETH only reach the desired value you had mentioned.
In future ETH is best, maybe next year (end of 2018).
