The problem with swapping to Wispr is:
a) If Espers is worthless and has no future, then why should they ask you to give them your ESP? They could just copy the balances of the current chain and continue from there. This benefits the holders of ESP just as well, if that is their goal.
b) If Espers is NOT worthless or has a future, then you should probably not give them to someone else. This is just your usual ICO with all the risks of it, e.g. the risk that Wispr people just take the money and run. Cryptocoderz has no huge amounts of money, so he has no incentive to run or leave this project. The risk/reward ratio of holding ESP is much better in this case.
So the only possible reason for them to do this, is that you think that Espers is worthless, but they think it's not. And you are giving them your ESP for something that doesn't exist yet. To me this is the definition of being tricked.
