my guess is that they will work with everything on this project from now ....
Even though they are more of a Scam, who initially had bad intentions and just thinking about making easy money, I think they realized that it is not easier than creating a new project, raising millions and disappearing .....
It's much easier for them to get this project they have, it's already been released, it's semi-ready, it already has a certain time and functional, and working on it, than trying to launch and start another new Scam project from zero, and try to raise again more funds from investors in another ICO ....
