Btcheat.com is a legit or only hoax? Please give some clarify becuase i feel that this is like a phising site

I find it difficult to belive you asked this for real. How can you even be in this forum let alone the internet, without knowing such a basic thing?
Its because its technically a slang term. Many immigrants who I went to University with also had no idea with "legit" means.
Its not a good way to describe a website.
Same with the word "scam", many immigrants have no idea what that term means. And you gotta understand that most likely almost 50% of the people who are on bitcointalk are from around the world and english might be their 2nd or 3rd language.
