every single day ICO projects always appear with their respective advantages. but in fact, many are experiencing failure in the end. they just waste time and spend money to advertise? how about you're opinion 
Its a free market my friend. Though there are so many ICOs they can't force themselves, participation is voluntary and even the consumption of information.
The numbers have decreased this month though, must be the SEC and China ban taking effect but overall ICO is a brilliant way of raising money much like crowd-sourcing .. No denying that I'd like it better if there were accountability and some degree of regulation but fr now we have peer reviews and stay away from shitcoins..
