2500 is a lot for me and I hate scammers.
In my country few people earn this amount per month, so someone having that money can buy a good second hand car and I also hate scammers
So maybe I will try to do that but I live in Europe so it's far away from India 
You can go Bitcoin Forum> Local> India and asks for a phone number from an Indian lawyer and this lawyer can go to the police to report the case and locate the scammer
