I think it is important that updates are spread across all channels. Almost every project use telegram, no one has time to check 1000+ messages on telegram (for each project they follow) hoping to see an update from the devs.

It seems like almost every project struggles with communication after the ICO is closed. Of the project that I follow only DIMCOIN and SONM got it right.
