We are only at the beginning of the Gender-Era, and 71 genders are nothing compared with the thousands still to come. The only limit to gender is imagination.
These people are mentally challenged and they must be put in to mental asylums immediately. I have personally met some transgender people in my life. And the case is exactly the same. They are always insecure about themselves and they suffer from attention grabbing disorder. The LGBT lobby will make you believe that this is not a mental disease, and simply a form of lifestyle.
