Not sure if anyone follows Ian Balina on Twitter but he posted 2 hours ago about Exscudo suggesting it may be a scam due to date changes.
I'm not in anyway suggesting I agree or disagree with him. Just wanted to share the information.
Everyone of us have a own opinion and conclusion and as you can see that they change the date because of some delays in improving the quality of service that they will give on us ratger than giving us as much as possible with a fault full of problems in the network. They are so active giving us update weekly in their works and events gathered. I think its enough to say that it is not a scam.
You make a point, I've been scammed before and they usually just run off with the BTC after ICO ends.
So far so good.
