I think it is full and final the price is up to the 8500$ may be but the rate will be rise in the new year because more business opportunities will open for bitcoin. The traders will start trading at a high level. Some investors will come into the market and some of the users will fix their money into wallets these big changes will come in to next year but for now the fork is full.
