This was a pool config error, which tried to send all transactions together instead of splitting them. This is fixed for the next payouts . Locked amounts will return to pool wallet after 24 hours, we will try to resend those transactions, if we fail, we will send them manually as duffann told earlier . Things wil be muchmore clear this evening.
