Now that there is a communication problem then Jani needs to be replaced immediately with someone who is competent. That is all that I have to contribute.
Communication is an area where we can all improve, and weve been so busy trying to build the platform that Ive not paid enough attention to it
I really don't understand why it's Jani that communicate with us. Not like they can't afford to hire community/social media manager or any other specialist in that field.
