a rise is not something you can know beforehand so it is not "rumor", when someone says price is going to ### dollar that means they are making a guess or speculating about bitcoin price. and there is a big difference between the two.

my speculation is that if price doesn't go above it, we will at least see a pretty close number such as $9500 by the end of this year and that milestone will be left for January to be reached.
