If nobody spends bitcoin, cost change ay happen to higher degree. Significantly bitcoin usage when gets reduced the ratio of ownership as well decreases. Perhaps for the improvement and development towards a higher electronic forex spending is much needed.m

I disagree here, HERO is performing under a clear legal framework. Since it's the first of it's kind in Austria things might need little longer then other projects (which don't care about legal stuff)
Fist listing is already announced - it will be on Lykke on December 20th and they are working on additional exchanges so everything will be fine
What exchanges are you currently in negotiations with, if I may ask? That would be great to see what can be expected if possible to share.
