I'm feeling great after everytime that i'm gambling. But things are worst when i lost much. Trying to quit once or twice but it doesn't work. I back to the gambling way in a few weeks later. Now i'm not resist it, just try to keep my bet is really low. Like 1 or 2$ for fun.
It is not for fun if you still think to win. It will definitely be for fun if you dont really want to win anymore. It sounds crazy but this is the truth. If you dont care anymore, that is when you have realized that you cant win and you wont try to win anymore. All that left to do is to play for fun and enjoy it and hopefully you will be able to get out of it
