Out of these 2, I'd get the Powercolor. I do have one similar rx 470 strix (looks almost the same as this 570), and while it's still working, these cards are known to get very hot on the back (the backside of the pcb, where the GPU is), like close to 100C hot, so their longevity might not be great. Also these Strix cards used to have problems with fans, again mine are still spinning fine, but I've seen quite a few reports from other users that had to deal with theirs.
