They're trying to raise 100,000 Eth, that's a lot of money for a small startup. I also read 65% will be used for developing the system. I don't know much about building software, is this a normal amount?
100,000 this is hard cap? What is soft cap? 35 mln $ is too much I think. Up to 10 mln $ - is a good amount for such prject.
Actually, they said they don't have a soft cap and will work with whatever they will raise during their token-sale.
