I also have this problem on bittrex. Does the team of bittrex doing something about this issue?

I actually sent my name properly and the address. Plus i sent pictures files of my identification card with selfie but still cannot be verified. And i cannot withdraw anything of my deposited amount. How long will i wait? i already sent additional files on the reply trail of the ticket status but still no respond from the team.

If anyone has solution or technique to it please will you help me.
