I've open a ticket on Cryptopia about adding BTCZ on Cryptopia and i've received below reply :

We haven't had an application for this to be listed as yet, however if they BitcoinZ team do make an application and it passes our code review, we would consider adding it to Cryptopia.

If you would like to see it added I suggest getting onto their team to apply!
