So looks like the pool does not count the hash received after the devfee untill the nearest share found.
Pools don't care about your hashrates, they want actual shares received. The hashrate they show on their side is calculated based on the shares you submit. If you don't submit anything, they'll show 0.

I've switched from XMR to ETN as soon as ETN showed up and it's been more profitable than XMR all this time (for like a week or two now). And before that it was ETH. So I haven't mined XMR for quite a while and can't really recommend any pool. If you want XMR, just mine ETN and then buy XMR with them you'll get more this way.
