this also happen to me i already have an like 0.09 in my account it is new. well i deposit it from the exchanger, but the problem is after creating my new account the withdrawal limit there is 0 btc, there is no 0.025 in unverified account it should have 0.025btc withdrawal per day right, my account doesn't have, something is going on in this exchanger.
I bet this is not ok legally, well screw it, I am in the same trap right now and I will not give them my personal information unless alongside a lawsuit which will cost them lots and lots of users. once users clearly get presented with the fact that - unless you strip naked in terms of privacy - you will be prevented from access to ALL OF YOUR deposits there. I expect them to change this and point it out very clearly on their website, especially on the "generate address" and "deposit" -related pages.
I already contacted a law-firm and explained what the problem about all this really is.
edit: wait a minute, my account is new too, does that mean after waiting 24hrs I will be at least be able to withdraw small amounts? maybe it is too soon to sound the war horn - I'll keep you updated in 24hrs
