So It's that time of year to start making predictions for next year, so I thought I would go ahead and see what everyone else thought about predictions for the end of year price for Bitcoin or BTC. Personally, I see it at about $8,000-$8,500. I think big investors looking at Bitcoin will wait until the New Year to start buying Bitcoin in order to save cost on accounting and taxes for this quarters numbers. What does everyone else think?
Rather than making a prediction of what bitcoin price would be in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, I can say with confidence that prospects of bitcoin growth are very high. I dont know if Bitcoin will reach 500k USD by 2020 but by 2030 it may not seem that impossible.
My reasons are two fold. The prospects of Bitcoin growth are very high. The value of USD will go down drastically in next 10 years or so. Both these things put together 1 BTC = 500k USD is pretty much possible in a decade.
